Support executive administration, scheduling, correspondence, and office documentation.
Tax Invoice Admin
Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot); Coretax experience and an Accounting degree are preferred.
Sales Representative
Qualifications
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old
- Education: Senior High School, D3, or S1
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field
- Experience in FMCG and/or tobacco industry is preferred
- English & Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Eager to learn and improve personal competencies
- Good communication, persistent, diligent, honest, and hard-working
- Target oriented
- Holds an active A/C driving license (SIM) and SKCK
- Willing to be placed in any location
Secretary (Internship)
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High initiative, thorough, and tidy in work.
- Willing to undertake a 3–6 month internship.
Tax Invoice Admin
Qualifications
- Proficient with Excel formulas: Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot.
- Experience using Coretax is preferred.
- Minimum S1 degree; Accounting graduates preferred.
- Physically and mentally fit, honest, and thorough.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a team.
